For your purchase or refinance we’ll cover some basic qualifying questions to determine your goals. I prefer to consult with my clients by phone or zoom.

Thereafter we can schedule a visit to my office (or your home or office) if needed. Yet, the entire process can easily be completed remotely online.

Based on your individual scenario, we’ll discuss any documentation needed to complete your application. We’ll want to schedule an appropriate amount of time to discuss product and pricing options. E-signing makes things easy and I’m happy to step you through it all.

If you are in the market to purchase a home, I’m happy to work with any real estate agent you choose, or even assist you in finding a qualified professional.  Once I have the information needed, qualified applicants can expect to receive a pre-approval letter within 24-48 hours. Same day pre-qualifications may also be possible.

Steps to completing a mortgage loan include… APPLICATION, DISCLOSING, PROCESSING, UNDERWRITING, LOAN-SIGNING, FUNDING, & CLOSING… all of which takes approximately 25-45 days. Closing much faster (in as little as 7- 10 days) is possible when a qualified borrower is motivated to do so.
